By downloading or using Vexmo, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the app.
2. Description of the Service
Vexmo is a personal vehicle expense tracker. It lets you record fuel, maintenance and other vehicle costs, and view statistics, analytics and reminders for your vehicles.
3. Data and Privacy
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. If you enable backup, your data is uploaded to the private app folder of your own Google Drive account. Your data is never sent to or collected by the developer.
4. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping regular backups, and for the security of your device and Google account.
5. No Financial Advice
Statistics, analytics and cost calculations shown in the app are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or professional advice.
6. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from the use of the app. Please keep backups of important data.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its name, logo and design are the property of the developer. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices.
